Sadza and Sausage Recipe


 Here's  the  recipe for sadza and sausage:


Sadza Recipe

Ingredients:


- 2 cups of maize meal (sadza flour)

- 4 cups of boiling water

- Salt to taste


Instructions:


1. Bring the water to a boil in a large pot.

2. Gradually add the maize meal, stirring constantly.

3. Reduce heat and cook, stirring continuously, until the sadza thickens.

4. Serve hot.


Sausage Recipe

Ingredients:


- Sausages (beef, pork, or chicken)

- Cooking oil or butter

- Optional: onions, tomatoes, peppers, and spices


Instructions:


1. Heat oil or butter in a pan over medium heat.

2. Add sliced onions, tomatoes, and peppers (if using) and sauté until tender.

3. Add the sausages and cook until browned and cooked through.

4. Season with salt, pepper, and any desired spices.


Serving

Serve the sadza hot with the sausage on the side or sliced on top. Enjoy!
