Hey,this is my first blog post 🥗 Grilled Chicken Avocado Salad 🍋 🛒 Ingredients: 2 chicken breasts 🍗 1 tablespoon olive oil 🫒 1 teaspoon garlic powder 🧄 ½ teaspoon paprika 🌶️ ½ teaspoon salt 🧂 ½ teaspoon black pepper ⚫ 1 teaspoon lemon juice 🍋 🥑 Salad Ingredients: 1 large avocado 🥑 (diced) 1 cup cherry tomatoes 🍅 (halved) ¼ cup fresh cilantro 🌿 (chopped) 1 cup lettuce or mixed greens 🥬 (optional) 🥄 Dressing: 2 tablespoons olive oil 🫒 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice 🍈 1 teaspoon honey 🍯 ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard 🌰 Salt & pepper to taste 🔥 Instructions: 1️⃣ Marinate & Grill the Chicken: Rub the chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Grill or pan-cook for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown.
