Fast foods(noodles)

 Delicious πŸ˜‹ Ingredients:


 • 1 pack of instant noodles

 • 1 egg

 • 1-2 tablespoons of cooking oil

 • 2-3 tablespoons of soy sauce

 • 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce (optional)

 • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil (optional)

 • 1/2 teaspoon of chili paste (optional, for heat)

 • Vegetables or other toppings (e.g., green onions, peas)


Instructions:


 1. Boil the Noodles: Cook the instant noodles according to package instructions but slightly undercook them since they will be stir-fried later. Drain and set aside.

 2. Prepare the Sauce: In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), sesame oil, and chili paste.

 3. Fry the Egg: In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil and fry the egg until the edges are crispy. Set aside.

 4. Stir-fry the Noodles:

 • In the same pan, heat another tablespoon of oil.

 • Add the cooked noodles to the pan and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.

 • Pour the sauce mixture over the noodles, tossing until evenly coated and heated through.

 5. Add the Egg and Toppings: Place the fried egg back on top of the noodles, and add any extra vegetables or toppings you’d like.
