 Cinnamon Donut Bread


Ingredients:


2 cups all-purpose flour


1 cup granulated sugar


2 teaspoons baking powder


1 teaspoon baking soda


1 teaspoon ground cinnamon


½ teaspoon salt


2 large eggs


1 cup buttermilk


½ cup unsalted butter, melted


1 teaspoon vanilla extract


For the Cinnamon Sugar Topping:


¼ cup unsalted butter, melted


¼ cup granulated sugar


1 teaspoon ground cinnamon


Instructions:


1️⃣ Preheat Oven: Set oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.


2️⃣ Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.


3️⃣ Combine Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk eggs, buttermilk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.


4️⃣ Make the Batter: Gradually mix the wet ingredients into the dry, stirring until just combined. Do not overmix.


5️⃣ Bake: Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 45–50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.


6️⃣ Add Topping: While warm, brush the top with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.


7️⃣ Cool & Serve: Let cool slightly before slicing. Enjoy warm or at room temperature!
