Cheesy Beef potato Soup
Here are some of the ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
4 cups potatoes, diced
4 cups beef broth
1 cup whole milk
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
In a large pot over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks. Drain any excess fat if necessary.
Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook for 2–3 minutes until the onion is soft and translucent.
Stir in the diced potatoes and pour in the beef broth. Bring the mixture to a boil.
Reduce the heat to a simmer and cook for about 15–20 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
Stir in the milk and shredded cheddar cheese. Continue cooking and stirring until the cheese is melted and the soup is creamy and smooth.
Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot, garnished with additional shredded cheese or chopped herbs if desired.
